Lessons with Deer Creek
Our lesson program is unique. Our instructors are patient and happy to share their knowledge and experience with you.
Deer Creek offers a variety of lesson types and packages to facilitate your riding goals. Individual and group lessons are available for all level of horse and rider. We require a one hour preliminary assessment lesson before consideration of group lesson placement. DCS has expertise in the successful pairings of horse/rider combination, taking into consideration long term riding goals, temperament, budget and individual preferences.
The team at DCS strives to schedule lessons to your suitability and time frames. We have multiple trainers on duty throughout the week, so more often than not, we are able to accommodate you.
Every rider is required to wear an ASTM-certified riding helmet during lessons and anytime when mounted. Riding tights or pants and boots are required and we also recommend riding gloves for every age rider. A properly fitting top tucked into your riding pants is more appropriate.
